Ibrahim al fiki is a very known expert in NLP ..and other self development firlds. He is an associat of the alrashed center.

Please find bellow some summaries of some lectures:

1- The power of consiousness:

  •  There are 6 main levels one should take care of:

    1- Spiritual: The most powerful energy is the spiritual one. The one we find in our relationship to God.

    2- Health: One should take care of his food, thinking, drink enough water ( 2L/day, play sport at least 3 time sa week, breath well.

     3- Personal: Read/ listen/ watch interesting programs. Do not waste your time doing nothing or talking about nothing. Be careful of the double time: a time when you can do 2 things at the same time. Ex. driving while listening to a lecture. Playing sport while watching a documentary.

     4- Social: Make sure you have good relationships with others. This can also be achieved by listening to lectures about relationships.

     5- Proffessional: Work 120% more than the moey you are paid. Be unique in the way you work.

     6- Financial: This is only the result of the wellness of the other levels.

Note: did you notice the order of the levels? It is important!

  • Changing a believe:        

      1- Changing a bad one:  Write down the bad believe. Then, write besides it 5 bad things it causes. Read what you have written several time and analyse it.

      2- Fixation of a good one: Write down the good believe. Write besides it 5 great consequences it causes. Read what you have written several time and analyse it.                                                        

  •  Strategic Thinking/ Actions

   1- Planning:  Plan for your goals, No plan no achievement.

   2- Timing: put deadlines for your goals. Be careful of synchronization of goals.

   3- Action: Act with care and gradually. Have a global look over your goals. There are 2 types of action: inside ( by imagination: mental gym.) and outside in real life.

   4- Evaluation: Always evaluate your achievement. Evaluate to adjust to act.

   5- Adjustment: Adjust according to the evaluation results.

   Note: It is very important to perceeve obstacles and potential problem and try to solve them ahead of time.
